Instagram Profile Scraper: one profile per task, max\_results and discovery\_mode removed

## Breaking

**Instagram Profile Scraper — `discovery_mode` and `max_results` removed**

`discovery_mode` added the related profiles Instagram suggests for each input profile. Instagram suggests them for only about 1 profile in 8, so most tasks returned nothing more and the cost of a run could not be known in advance. It is gone, and `max_results` (which only capped that expansion) with it. Each task now returns exactly one profile: the one you submitted. Sending either parameter to `POST /v1/squids/{squid_hash}` returns `400` with `The specified parameter discovery_mode is invalid.`; remove it from your payload. Existing squids were updated, nothing else to change. See [Update Settings](https://docs.lobstr.io/examples/instagram-profile-scraper/update-settings.md).

`discovered_from` and `hop_depth` are no longer in CSV and other exports. The API still returns them, always `null`.

## Fixed

**Instagram Profile Scraper — the launch estimate counts one profile per task**

The estimate before a launch assumed up to 100 results per task, so one profile showed about 40 results and 40 credits. It now shows 1 result and 1 credit per task, which is what the run costs.
